About Sarah

Sarah was born and raised on the central coast of California and moved to Alaska in 2010. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Justice, graduating magna cum laude, from the University of Alaska Anchorage before attending the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor with highest honors.

Sarah joined Aglietti Offret LLC in 2020 as a law clerk and subsequently served as a licensed legal intern. After being admitted to the Alaska Bar, she began practicing law at the firm. After spending time away from the firm, Sarah returned as a partner.

Before entering the legal profession, Sarah built a career in residential lending with some of the nation’s largest mortgage lenders. That experience gave her a practical understanding of real estate transactions, title issues, and lending and escrow procedures that continues to inform her legal practice.

Sarah’s practice focuses on business law, transactional and contract law, real estate law, landlord-tenant matters, civil litigation, and administrative law. She values building long-term relationships with her clients and takes the time to understand their goals, businesses, and circumstances. This approach allows her to provide practical, informed legal counsel tailored to each client’s needs.

Outside the office, Sarah enjoys traveling, fishing, live music, attending MLB and NFL games, and riding ATVs. She also enjoys Alaska-proofing her increasingly ridiculous Jeep.
